Clifton Young, local Pit Master, who runs the trailer with his wife Cornia, has brought a well needed BBQ experience to the locals. The BBQ comes out amazing and very flavorful and moist. Seasoned to perfection and slow cooked for hours, this technique can deliver a mouthwatering experience to your taste buds. The meats are complimented very well by Corina’s homemade mac and cheese. Potato salad, Tex Mex beans and delicious desserts, creating a wonderful marriage of flavors.
